*Prices shown are for the group hire of the apartment and group coaching/guiding, not price per individual. Coaching/ guiding is an optional extra.

 

Price includes: 

1. Accommodation in luxury air conditioned Apartamentos Ca Na Bergamo (linen, towels, all cooking and drying facilities, provided) sleeps max 6 persons.

2. Airport collection (Groups 4-6 arriving on same flight only). Smaller groups will need organise own car hire. However there will be a Transfer charge of 30 euro per person if group is self coached.

3. Coaching and guiding sessions.

4. Early/Evening Seminar DVD’s, and swim analysis playback. Equipment and training tips.

5. Adventure day (something different, be it a mega walk, or a trail run to Lluc monastery, paddleboard day or a round the island 10hr ride??). Or if you need more rest and recovery take a pleasure cruise to the paradise of Formentor.

6. Pool time and video analysis. Plus underwater swim stroke analysis.

7. Safety craft accompanying all open water swims.

 

Not included (You’re responsible for):

1. Return Flights-Athletes to obtain and organise own flights to Palma Airport.

2. Bike carriage on aircraft*.

3. Food- The Bike riders paradise….Tolo’s Restaurant (highly recommended), is 150m from the apartment and you may be sitting next to the British Cycling team or current Tour de France riders! Discuss training and enjoy their tasty meals.

4. Bike**; helmets; wetsuits, fins, and all swimming and running kit. (If you don’t want to fly with a bike, the hire shop is 3 minutes from the apartment!).

5. Leaving the apartment clean and in perfect condition (as you found it). Any damage will be deducted from your deposit.

6. Personal Travel Insurance (please ensure you have made insurance arrangements before travelling) and contact details in the event of accident or loss.  Activcard http://www.snowcard.co.uk offer cover for ‘Triathlon’.

*  carried and booked at the discretion of the Airline - bikes must be pre-booked and pre-paid.

** in good mechanical working order. We strongly advise you to get your bike checked and serviced before you leave and insure you have good tyres and brakes that work! Note- Try to avoid packing your Cycle helmet, shoes, pedals and clothing in with you bike, in the unlikely event your bike does not arrive we can try to source a temporary replacement.
