Training

Great workouts and recovery in the sun!
Our training ethos is to provide the perfect environment, to
achieve the correct training stress, followed by the best recovery,
to maximise your body’s adaptation to the training load. We
structure your workouts using heart rate monitored training to
maximise performance. Concentrating on smaller groups, we offer more
opportunities for 1-2-1 coaching and personal attention.
Swim: Pool - Daily coached sessions, with weekly video analysis of
your technique. Tips and advice to take away and practice.
Learn open water swim techniques in the clear blue protected
waters of Pollensa Bay. Practice actual race skills; deep water
starts; navigation and transition training.
Maximum fun swim training, paddleboard races and beach duathlons the
Aussie way!
Cycle: Road or mountain bike, structured or just for fun? You can
choose!
Mallorcaman training vacations blends the skills and drills

Just for fun
Mallorca is ‘Heaven on Earth’ for cyclists, spinning along scenic
back country roads, lined with leafy green groves of orange and
lemon trees, you will pass through charming Mallorca villages with
inviting roadside cafes. It is easy to see why over 100,000 cyclists
every year, come to experience the beautiful landscape.
Variety, they say, is the spice of life, and the island offers it
all, from flat meadow land, through rolling hills, to long scenic
mountain climbs.

You will have several options:

We can guide you onto peaceful roads with little

 |
If you feel confident in your ability to ride with a group the
‘Pro Cycle’ bike group leaves from Tolo’s Restaurant, on the seafront
in Puerto Pollensa, every morning of the week. Anyone can join the
ride and it is free of charge and is an
excellent way to meet other cyclists and to get
a flavour of the area and roads

 |
Self guide, just head up the lanes to nearby Pollensa
for a bite to eat or savour the experience of
